Who is behind Gary Barlow Wines?

Gary Barlow Wines is a brand created by Gary Barlow himself. The collection was personally designed by Gary as an introduction to his wines, created to share with friends and fans who appreciate quality wine.

What makes Gary Barlow Wines special?

Each wine in the collection has been carefully selected from the Western Cape region of South Africa. The brand reflects Gary's personal taste and attention to detail, particularly evident in the luxury Piano Box gift sets, which feature piano-themed designs and packaging that opens to reveal a personal message from Gary, with an inner lid styled like a keyboard.

Why the piano theme?

The piano-themed packaging, including the signature piano key motif and copper-embossed logos, reflects Gary's musical background and adds a personal, artistic touch to the wine experience. The Deluxe Edition Piano Boxes were designed by Gary himself to combine his passion for music with his love of fine wine.

What wines do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of Gary Barlow wines from the Western Cape, South Africa, including:

• Malbec (750ml, 12% ABV, 2023 vintage) - Rich with cherry, plum, and blackberry flavors
• Sauvignon Blanc (750ml, 11% ABV, 2023 vintage) - Crisp and refreshing white wine
• Pinot Grigio (750ml, 12% ABV, 2024 vintage) - Light and elegant white wine
• Sauvignon Blush (750ml, 11% ABV, 2023 vintage) - Delicate rosé wine

All our wines are available as individual bottles or in convenient 6-packs, and feature screwcap closures for easy opening.

What vintages are your wines?

Our current collection features 2023 vintages for the Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sauvignon Blush, and a 2024 vintage for the Pinot Grigio.

Where are your wines from?

All our wines are sourced from the Western Cape region of South Africa, known for producing exceptional quality wines.

Can you recommend food pairings?

Absolutely! Here are our recommendations:

• Malbec: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb or tomato-based pasta dishes
• Sauvignon Blanc: Perfect with Caprese salad (fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil)

Do you sell wine accessories?

Yes! We offer the Gary Barlow Ice Bucket (holds two bottles), elegant wine glasses (sold individually or in sets of two), and our signature Wine Bag - a jute "Bag for Life" with copper-embossed logo.

How should I store my wine?

Store wine in a cool, dark place at a constant temperature (ideally 10-15°C). While our wines have screwcap closures, it's still best to store bottles horizontally to maintain quality.

What temperature should I serve the wines at?

For optimal enjoyment, serve red wines (Malbec) slightly chilled at 16-18°C, white wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio) well-chilled at 8-10°C, and rosé (Sauvignon Blush) chilled at 10-12°C.

Are all products in stock?

Most of our wine products are available as pre-orders and ship by mid-March. Check individual product pages for specific availability and shipping dates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily and save your preferences for future purchases.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively across the European Union. All orders ship from inside the EU, which means no Brexit duties or additional customs fees for EU customers.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over €59. For orders under €59, a flat rate of €6.95 applies.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days within the EU, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a link to monitor your delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. However, please note that perishable goods (including wine), custom products, and sale items are generally non-returnable. EU customers also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please take photos of the packaging and damaged product immediately and contact us. We'll work with you to find a solution.
