Bursting with vibrant gooseberry aromas, it is elegantly complemented by a delicate touch of floral and strawberry notes from the Grenache. Night-harvested to preserve the delicate Sauvignon Blanc flavors, the grapes are gently pressed in a reductive style to retain their freshness and purity. The result is a wine with crisp acidity, a smooth, lingering strawberry finish, and a perfect balance of elegance and vibrancy. Crafted in the Western Cape and bottled at 11% ABV (2023 vintage, screwcap, 75cl), this versatile and refined rosé is an excellent choice as an aperitif or paired with crostini or smoked salmon with cream cheese—ideal for any occasion.
